About Us Jim Murphy, the founder of the company, was involved in technology education for over 35 years. Helping school districts upgrade their industrial education programs in the 60's and 70's was his primary focus. During that time vocational education expanded dramatically and Jim led his company's marketing effort nationwide. In 1976 he made his first international trip to the middle East and spent the better part of ten years traveling the world. In 1995 Jim decided to form his own company, Internet Didactics, and utilize his intimate knowledge of technology education. Mr. Murphy assisted districts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania implement programs in their schools. Since 2006 Jim has been retired and devotes much of his time to his two grandchildren.Toll-Free: 610-760-9300

Colin Murphy (Executive Director) joined the firm in February 2001 and added his extensive knowledge of wireless and thin client systems to the Internet Didactics experience. Before he cast his lot with IDI, Colin was the number one salesman for Earthwalk, a pioneer in turnkey wireless mobile laptop labs. Under his direction, sales for our Classlink partner have gone from nil in 2006 to over $1.0 million in 2007.
