Build Your Own Assessment

BuildYourOwnAssessment, our companion product, facilitates districts taking the next step, by leveraging their curriculum to design district-wide, standardized assessments. The resulting assessments are aligned to the district’s curriculum, state standards, and/or local benchmarks.

The BuildYourOwnCurriculum-BuildYourOwnAssessment combination positions a district to have true “360° curriculum,” with which the district can effectively define what is being taught, create assessments that effectively determine the efficacy of that teaching, and easily adjust teaching content and methods, in an effort to improve student performance.

Build Your Own Curriculum

BuildYourOwnCurriculum is a Web-based, fully hosted tool that facilitates the development, maintenance, and dissemination of a core curriculum. It helps teachers within a district provide a consistent education to all of their students, as well as addressing the district’s need for standards alignment, broad learning community access and encouragement of family involvement.

CyberSmart! fosters 21st century skills to increase student engagement and prepare students to achieve in today's digital society.

CyberSmart! Online Workshops, facilitated professional development, give educators a hands-on experience in 21st century skills—the new basic skills—to meet the learning needs of today's students. Educators engage hands-on in the same kinds of learning they are expected to facilitate in the classroom.

Two free resources support daily teaching. The free CyberSmart! Student Curriculum empowers students to use the Internet safely, responsibly, and effectively. The free CyberSmart! Educator Toolbar puts 21st century skills into practice every day, with just-in-time 24/7 access to annotated essential resources to support student learning.

Help Program

HELP Math for ELL is the only ESL math program for students, which was awarded the U.S. DOE’s highest technology rating. There are over 200 hours of standards-aligned lessons, comprehensively covering grades 3-8 curriculum. Developed according to principles of Sheltered Instruction and SIOP (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol), HELP Math scaffolds student learning by embedding these research-based techniques within the lessons. HELP Math includes instructional materials, games, and activities, formative and summative assessments, proven to increase comprehension, math and English skills, and test scores.
